Senator Adams moved that the Resources Committee referral be                   
waived on SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 12 Proposing                             
amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to              
subsistence use of fish and wildlife by residents and establishing an          
effective date for that amendment.  Objections were heard.                     
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 12                     
be waived from the Resources Committee?"  The roll was taken with
